          Living—

          Powerful—

          Sharper than a two-edged sword—

          Piercing—

          Division of soul and spirit—

Hebrews 3:7-4:10—

          The Promised Land was God’s promise of “rest” for Israel—

          The Word of God is God’s promise of “rest” for us—

We don’t have to be controlled by the “ups and downs” of circumstances. God and His Word will become our rock that we can build our life on. His Word was breathed out for us; for today; and for tomorrow.
