Faith—

Each of us has a “measure” of faith.

Jesus said faith the size of a mustard seed can move mountains.

Fatalism—the belief that all events are pre-determined and inevitable.

What is pre-determined:

1 Peter 3:9 & John 3:16—It is God’s will for us to be saved.

Exodus 15:26, Isaiah 53:5, 1 Peter 2:24—It is God’s will for us to be healed.

2 Corinthians 5:17—It is God’s will for us to live righteously.

Ephesians 2:10—God has prepared, in advance, works for us to do.

Ephesians 3:20-21—

God is Sovereign: the supreme authority.

God’s plans are for us to be blessed; to give us a future; and to help us live a full and satisfying life.

Jeremiah 29:11 & Ephesians 2:10

Proverbs 14:12—We can put our faith in God for all things.
