On the podcast for this week, we talked about the falsehood of Jesus watching us from “a distance.”
He’s watching us, but He’s near to us. And He has come to help; He is willing to help; and He is able to help, no matter the need.
Here’s the list of Scriptures I read during the Podcast along with a couple of others that might be helpful to you in your walk with Jesus.
Matthew 28:20 “And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
John 14:18 “I will not leave you as orphans;”
Psalm 34:18 “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.”
Hebrews 13:5 “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.”
James 4:8 “Come near to God and he will come near to you.”
Isaiah 41:10 “So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you;”
Numbers 23:19 “God is not human, that he should lie, not a human being, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill?
Malachi 3:6 ““I the Lord do not change.”
1 John 3:8 “The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil’s work.”
1 John 4:4 “You, dear children, are from God and have overcome them, because the one who is in you is greater than the one who is in the world.”
Feel free to download these Scriptures, write them out, keep them close, memorize them, and share them with a friend.
Blessings.
